Vaida is a Customer Experience Director in a globally operating social recruitment company - Joberate Ltd. From her business and management educational background she has moved into the field of HR just after graduating, where she found the HR industry to be challenging and really on course for a big change - the social media revolution that has massively affected the way recruitment is carried out. She has been and still is involved in the creation of a global startup, whose main focus is to help companies utilize social media opportunities while targeting passive candidates.
