Currently my full time opportunity is in Business Development with the Dallas Regional Chamber. On a part time basis, I am building a nonprofit organization called IRON. IRON, Initiating Relationships to Organize New Beginnings, is a development program for Young African American leaders, designed to equip leaders with the necessary tools to emerge as new voices in the Dallas community. The Young African American voice is necessary for the growth of the Dallas region. IRON exists to create awareness of opportunities in existing community and civic organizations where diverse opinions can create positive impacts on the community.
