This could be the start to a promising friendship or a 'disaster' waiting to happen lol All the same, rather than lunch, I could be open to coffee/ tea and a conversation at around 5pm for about an hour on a Thursday, if it can work. Preferably close enough to an MRT station. Nothing heavy-duty for starters and, do promise to keep it light!
