I have a significant experience in sales field first as Seller then as Area and Channels Sales Manager and now as Sales Director in medium / small company with multinational features also. I have gained working the skills to deal with direct customers and with wholesales, to coordinate direct and indirect sales force and to manage marketing tools to promote a product. My ability to conduct and to motivate staff, together with negotiations capacities are reflected in these years in rewarding quantitative and qualitative results.
