I am Vice President and Counsel at Langdon Title Agency, LLC. I achieved my Juris Doctor at New York Law School graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, I was an active member of the Center for Real Estate Studies Associates Program and served as a research assistant for its Director. My research included subject matter such as complex structuring issues, mezzanine lending and various tax credits. Additionally during law school, I worked for a boutique real estate firm, where I received hands on experience in commercial and residential related real estate matters. I am currently enrolled at NYU School of Law in the LLM Taxation program. Licensed to practice in New Jersey. Passed New York bar exam; awaiting admission.
