I am a land broker who works with developers/builders who build townhomes, single family residences, apartments, mixed-use midrises, etc. Most of my projects are in the urban core, close to Downtown LA, i.e. Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, etc. As the market improves, I am also working secondary markets like the south bay, mid-counties, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel, 210 corridor, etc. I'm open to networking with individuals who are in similar lines of work or wish to learn the business.
