Carlos’ passion is sourcing and leveraging technology to uncover those candidates that would normally remain unfound through mainstream search tactics. He consults and strategizes with recruiters to identify the talent needed for the various sales roles at Cox Automotive. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also earned his Professional in Human Resources designation from the HR Certification Institute. He's a also a graduate of the AIRS Recruiter Academy.
