For over 30 years, Jay Cardwell has work in the entertainment industry including Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre, film and television as a producer/promoter and CFO for international companies. As a CPA with an extensive background in tax and financial reporting for pubic companies, Jay Cardwell became the COO of CFO Squad LLC providing a variety of services from SEC Reporting, Audit Preparation, M&A, Tax Compliance and more. A graduate of Illinois State University, he spent several years with Arthur Andersen & Co. in St. Louis working with Anheuser Busch, General Dynamics, May Co. and many more. After moving to New York, he started his career with the international off-Broadway hit musical NUNSENSE and more recently working with S2BN and its shows including SPIDER-MAN, ROCK of AGES, FUERZA BRUTA and Barbara Streisand (Back to Brooklyn World Tour).
