Currently supporting enterprise and entrepreneurship provision within the college sector. On the first cohort of the Scottish Enterprise Educators Programme. Working with a number of organisations I am helping to develop enterprising minds. I have been a lecturer in retail and business for 2 years prior to taking up this post. I have an Advanced Diploma in Teaching Further Education. My career started in retail and I still have strong retailing links. I have worked for a number of high street stores where I was responsible for all aspects of the business, specializing in change management and staff behavioral issues.I was also a company trainer.
