Over the last 14 years, I have established, planned, and administered the overall policies and Information Technology goals for medium or large enterprises. I analyze the needs and established priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. I have held senior management positions with other Network Solutions Providers which offered Network design, integration, and support for multimedia communications and security solutions. I have a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on business information systems and Technical Management from UCLA.
