I hold a Physics degree that I got in Napoli in 1986. I bring with myself a 24 years wealth of technical and management knowledge in an highly complex and sophisticated environment like semiconductor industry. I have covered roles going from technical to senior management positions, such as photolithography, integration, SPC technical teams management till the Director of Production and Engineering ones. In all those roles I have got significant and positive results, by increasing productivity or yield or in general quality. I like to work by objective receiving or setting challenging goals and strive to achieve those. Particularly versatile in problem solving and troubleshooting both on technical and organizational field.
