I have more than 16 years of experience working both as a line manager and as a consultant in large corporations, in the industries of ICT, automotive and engineering. I worked in Italian as well as multinational companies, managing new business development projects, with responsibilities on people management and results / economics. During my career I have developed specific knowledge and skills in the marketing field (with a focus on Customer Relationship Management and Direct Marketing) and in customer operations (customer services, logistics). I have had responsibility at organizational / business unit level, involving the management of teams and the full life-cycle of complex projects.
