After commencing my career in accounting I then moved into executive recruitment in 1997, working for a large multinational recruitment firm in Wellington. I progressed to the role of general manager for the Wellington operation. I then moved to Auckland to take up the appointment of general manager, Auckland, for another large high profile national executive recruitment firm. I was integral in the establishment of a new entity that is now INSIDE Executive Recruitment. As our Auckland based Director, I lead our permanent and executive search offering. I have extensive experience across multiple disciplines and industry sectors and am known for challenging the status quo by way of innovation and creativity, in all aspects of the recruitment process. I have extensive networks across both the private and public sectors and am a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, currently Vice Chair of the Auckland Corporate Sector Committee.
