About me

I have worked in a number of roles from analyst to creative and always come out on top. I am at home in both start-up and corporate environments. My strengths are building interactive and engaging communities that focus on customer acquisition and retention. I successfully build brand advocates for word of mouth marketing and scalable support structures. I have created highly successful training programs that incorporate game mechanics creating fun, engaging and approachable learning modules. My belief is that listening and dialoging are more powerful than shouting. In this new media landscape transparency, immediacy and a human touch is the new face of business. I have lived on both sides of the globe and speak three languages more or less horribly but have learned there is more than one way to approach a problem.
