I'm currently shifting the way companies find and hire talent with my company jobFig and my co-founder Ravi Mikkelsen. I'm the product guy in the business, and changing the world with technology is what excites me. I'm really interested in the development of socially and environmentally responsible high-growth technology companies. But that's all work (a big part of this admittedly) - I'm also an avid reader, cook, and amateur blacksmith. I love evolutionary biology (genes are cool) and would be as happy to talk about psych research as I would be to discuss the world of tech.
