My professional background includes 4 years high volume full cycle recruiting along with 3 years of management in the same field. My position requires me to create and implement process improvement plans to make my team more efficient as well as continuously improve customer service to our internal clients. I possess a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies and am a nationally certified Massage Therapist.
