I have been involved with the IT industry for over 20 years, mainly in the field of corporate computer training. My roles have included lecturing, corporate training, consultation and management. I hold the Diploma in Adult Education and Training and my passion is developing others to enhance their ability to succeed. I get a kick out of seeing the results of training applied directly to peoples roles. When it comes to technology in particular, there are immediate gains in productivity that can be achieved in very short learning time frames.
