Working with users, I create structures to facilitate effective communication design to support usability and findability on web sites, intranets, online communities and software. I am interested in organizing information and the interactions that provide the best experience for the intended audience. I enjoy giving awesome presentations and have a background in training/e-learning using adult learning theories. I am also an avid portrait photographer, with a large clientele of satisfied folks :)
