JENNIFER PELTON is an associate at Kevin Matz & Associates PLLC, a trusts and estates firm. While attending Pace University School of Law, Ms. Pelton worked as an intern at Kevin Matz & Associates. Previously, Ms. Pelton interned for three years at the Law Offices of Neal D. Futerfas, Esq. in White Plains, New York. Ms. Pelton also interned at the Westchester County Human Rights Commission, where being fluent in Spanish, she interviewed complaints for the Commission both in English and Spanish. While attending Pace University School of Law, Ms. Pelton published an article, Child Combatants: The Plight of Juveniles in the “Global War Against Terror” in the American Bar Association Juvenile Justice Committee Juvenile Justice Newsletter and was a member of Pace University’s Criminal Justice Society.
