I've called Stern + Associates home for the last 14 years and fully believe career growth is not always synonymous with multiple job moves. In my current role I lead business development, marketing, recruiting and professional development initiatives to promote and grow our full-service public relations, marketing and digital communications firm. As a senior manager, I help shape and drive agency strategy, attract and develop new talent, generate new business, and provide senior counsel and strategic direction to healthcare, architecture/design and thought leadership clients. Creative programming, media relations and writing projects under my direction have been recognized with numerous public relations and communications industry awards. My two terms as president of the New Jersey chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and current board position have connected me with some of the best and brightest communications professionals and future industry stars.
