As the Financial Director at RAL Companies & Affiliates, Joshua Wein is responsible for site review and valuation, monitoring and managing project expenses, and interfacing with partners and financial institutions on new and existing properties. Joshua is also involved in the planning of R.A.L.’s web-based marketing efforts and other innovative marketing campaigns. Prior to joining RAL in 2006, Joshua founded and eventually sold two companies—Spiral Software Systems and Devani Gem Corporation. As president of Spiral Software, Joshua designed and developed educational management software for K-12 schools, managed the company's finances, and handled everyday operations. The venture earned Joshua second place in the Syracuse University Panasci Business Plan Competition for Entrepreneurs. Joshua is also a New York State-licensed real estate salesperson.
