I'm a director (and co-founder) of newish comms agency, The Common Room. We believe the comms industry needs a bit of a shake up, so we're on a mission to develop new models and methods of working that will innovate a pretty clumsy, old industry. My background in brand strategy and client management means I provide strategic direction to The Common Room's projects, ensuring they’re on brand, targeted and as effective as possible. My work has been recognised at various award shows including the NZ Effies, and I was recently shortlisted for the Hyperfactory-Handley Marketing Scholarship. All very exciting, but the thing that really keeps me motivated is sharing and hunting out the insights and knowledge that will help us (and our clients) create messages that will create a better, more socially responsible world.
