Matteo Zambelli is a partner in the corporate finance practice of the law firm Zambelli Tassetto, Studio Legale and a lecturer on the LLM (Master of Laws) in International Banking and Finance Law at the University of West London. Matteo joined Zambelli Tassetto, Studio Legale from the London office of Lovells LLP, where he worked as a Senior Associate in the International Capital Markets department. Prior to that Matteo worked in the Finance Department in the London office of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo LLP, in the Banking and Financial Services Group in the Dublin office of Matheson Ormsby Prentice, one of the largest Irish law firms and for BNP Paribas. As well as being admitted to the Venice roll of attorneys, Matteo is also qualified in New York, Ireland and England and Wales. Languages: English, Spanish, Italian.
