My expertise is in luxury retail, luxury brand marketing and development and start up business in China. I come from a multi-cultural background where I grew up in China, HK, Australia and England. I am a native English and Mandarin speaker. Throughout my career, I've been both an entrepreneur and a corporate executive but the focus remains in luxury brand marketing and retailing. I've successfully built and sold two businesses: a regional marketing consulting agency and a brand distribution start up. The clients and brands I've worked on included Max Mara, Escada, Chopard, Piaget, Omega and Lancel. I was then appointed as the CEO, Asia Pacific of Lancel at Richemont Asia Pacific. I am now a director of the board and COO of a Chinese jewelry brand that aims to expanding its regional presence to national with the potential of going public. I live in Shanghai with my husband.
