I build things: teams, projects, and companies. At 17, while being a contestant on a reality tv show to win scholarship money for college, I was asked to share my life goal. I said, "My goal in life is to have a positive impact on the lives of others." It's still true to this day. Since then, I have built and led 8 teams for my own projects (3 for-profit enterprises), and built and/or led another one dozen teams for others' non-profit and for-profit organizations. My greatest joy comes from creating work experiences that make others feel happy and fulfilled. I love building projects that give others the opportunity to level up in ways they may have never thought were possible for them. What I believe: Treat your employees well and they will treat your business well, going above and beyond to serve its cause because it will have also become their own.
