I am a professor and a corporate trainer at several prestigious institutions, where I share my knowledge and experience in HR and hospitality management. With over 10 years of experience in HR and hospitality, I am a senior headhunter and candidate advisor who helps people find the best fit for their culture and needs. I am truly passionate about teaching and mentoring, especially young people who want to pursue a career in hospitality. I am currently doing a Ph.D. in inclusive and sustainable development, focusing on the labor insertion of people with health conditions or impairments in the hospitality industry.
