I was born in Rio de Janeiro and lived there until the age of 6. At that time I moved to New York where I got my BS/MBA from Fordham University in International Business with dual concentration in Marketing in Finance. I also got to study one year at Sorbonne, Paris. Right out of college I started working for an international media company where I represented over 130 publishing groups. I later decided to be an entrepreneur and started my own activewear line. My heart was always in Brazil and when I decided to move, I got introduced to Endeavor, a non-profit organization that helps high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Four years later, I proposed its first social for profit business called PlugMe, a digital platform that will help entrepreneurs have access to mentors, capital, content, talent and clients.
