I am a very ambitious person, who loves to socialize with all sorts of people. I consider myself an outgoing person with a very open mind. My passion for knowledge is a direct approach to learning how individuals think. My ability to listen allows me to really understand any situation or, at least, adapt to understand, which leads me to provide solutions. It's safe to say that I am a problem solver. Since I have a passion for helping people out and how the human behavior affects how we see and consume the world around us, I've come to find out that I am completely in love with recruiting -- and I'm damn good at it.
