I have worked in the IT industry for the last 3 years, from marketing, customer care to operations management. During this time I addressed both B2B and B2C communications which gave me the opportunity to learn about management, fostering successful client relationships, professionalism and team work. I have also been involved in a few startups, both in online, mobile and offline. Through my experience I have learned that I love and am skilled at bringing innovative products to market by using Lean Startups and Customer Development methodologies. I love challenges and I have the vitality when it comes to starting and growing businesses. I am fascinated by the positive impact entrepreneurs and startups have in this world and I am passionate about growing the Romanian startups communities.
