Since November 2001 I have operated a Business Coaching Practice under the ActionCOACH banner. I work with the owners of small to medium enterprises helping them to grow and develop their businesses. I help them to improve their marketing, their selling skills, their recruitment, their systemisation. And I help them to grow as individuals, because nowhere has it ever happened that a $5M business has been successfully owned and operated by somebody who thinks like a $1M owner.
