Since January 2012 I graduated from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and received a Master of Science in Management with Marketing as major. During the years of education I developed high interest in the effects of advertising on customer attitudes, the determents of customer satisfaction and loyalty, social media, market research and customer experience. My goal is to help companies improving the customer touchpoints and to increase brand value, customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes market research, setting up social media strategies and analysing & improving customer contact points Currently I work at The Datacenter Group as Marketing & Communication Manager.
