Primary focus on Business Retention, Expansion & Attraction through project development, site selection assistance, incentive package development and market research. Responsible for all data analysis and presentation including demographic data, building & sites data, employment data and wage data. Responsible for all marketing material including the development and management of print ads, websites & social media. Responsible for site tours, rfp completion & basic inquiries. Responsible for correspondence between State Government, local government, realtors, site selector and business owners. I am also the owner of Vain Studios. A design shop I launched in 2006. I work with a variety of media outlets including brochures, billboards and web sites which requires me to remain ahead of technological advances in the marketing and advertising field to be able to identify areas of use and implementation for our clients.
