Mr. Duck has built and led several financially successful companies. He has taken several firms from incubation stages to highly profitable well-refined operations mainly in healthcare and information technology sectors. From the late 1980s through today, he built and/or rehabilitated five different ventures each at a substantial shareholder return. He is skilled at raising venture and mezzanine financing. Additionally, he is responsible for crafting a $65M PPM for a healthcare technology company. From 2001 until 2006 he built a very successful executive consultation and corporate coaching services practice. He recently served as the Chief Executive Officer for several large healthcare organizations. He currently serves on several company's Board of Directors including one as Chairman.
