I have spent some time focusing on many of the major areas within IT: helpdesk, desktop support, database administration, programming, networking, management. I have been managing two divisions of our ITS department for the last two years and enjoy the learning and challenges it provides. I have a strong desire to see IT more closely tied with business strategy.
