My interest in real estate began while assisting my father on his architectural photo shoots. At UC Berkeley I took Real Estate Investment & Finance classes, a few city & regional planning classes, and audited an MBA RE class. I completed two internships - one in office brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield and another in multi-family investment sales for Kilpatrick & Co. I was president of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club in 2008. In 2011 I completed my first investment project in Berkeley which is now providing housing for 16 students. I continue to look for opportunities in the Berkeley area. I love talking about the economy, real estate, and new start ups.
