Since 1997 I have represented numerous business and individual clients with regard to their business ventures. My practice is advising businesses, including entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, licensing, commercial leasing, real estate, business planning, and litigation oversight. Litigation is something that all business people wish to avoid. So my job is to keep my clients out of court. But in the event that litigation is necessary, I have the experience to handle some matters and oversee other counsel on more complex litigation issues.
