I am an Associate in Munsch Hardt's Business Litigation group, but 50% of my practice also includes bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation. I have extensive experience in general commercial litigation, securities and CMBS-related litigation, bankruptcy litigation, restructuring and workouts. I litigate in both state and federal courts throughout Texas and New York. Past representative matters include CMBS and securities litigation, breach of contract disputes, real estate and bondholder litigation, preference matters, and employment disputes, among others. I have also represented debtors, creditors and other parties in interest in various bankruptcy courts, as well as several lenders in out-of-court workouts and restructuring deals. Prior to the joining Munsch Hardt, I practiced law for five years in New York focusing on commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, restructuring and workouts.
