Kate Hurley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University with a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies. Prior to joining Parkworth Wealth Management, she completed internships with Industrial Economics, Inc., a Cambridge, Massachusetts economic consulting firm; NBC Universal, in the finance department; and with Parkworth Wealth Management. Kate spent a semester abroad studying the economics of wildlife conservation, living and working on game preserves and in villages in Southern Kenya. She is currently completing requirements for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation and she holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's (FINRA) Series 65 securities license. She is also a National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) Student Affiliate. Kate is responsible for a variety of analytical and client service tasks in the areas of financial planning and investment management.
