Created work begets work; I empower myself and my audience through producing with my company Over/Under Productions and writing my own stage shows. Through these efforts I seek out directors and producers who make the kind of films that I am interested in acting in: thought-provoking dramas (like Mike Leigh and Lisa Cholodenko’s work) and situation-based comedies (like the Christopher Guest’s films). My ultimate goal is to work between the US, Europe and India, so I have a special interest in international projects. For the past year I have leant my voice to several social justice causes, including United Cerebral Palsy and Real Women Real Beauty, and will continue to help those in need as my career develops.
