Currently working for Yamaha Motor R&D Europe as Cost Engineer. I have been working on several projects, including the development of brand new motorcycles and scooters, and have to deal with the Sales and R&D functions in all matters to do with costs, investments, profit and target setting. I took part in activities relating to components communization and achieved efficiencies, both in the reduction of process costs and improvements in economies of scale. I am used to put entrepreneurship, passion and energy above all, and to drive any personal creative contributions to solving problems; I always enjoyed travelling and working with people of different operative backgrounds as much as interacting with top notch management. I spent the last ten years gaining valuable experience and I am currently studying for an Executive MBA at MIP in Milan (Politecnico’s Business School), vital asset that would help me increase my skills.
