Raj Menon is President and Chief Creative Officer at Flat World Design. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the promotional marketing business. In addition to his consulting and client management responsibilities, for Flat World Design, Raj is also responsible for new business development, marketing and overall management of The Menon Group, Inc. He has an extensive background in marketing, consulting, non-profit organization management as well as sales and account management. Raj has served on the leadership teams of several not-for-profit organizations, and is actively involved with diversity issues within the Plano Independent School District (PISD). Raj is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Mumbai, India and holds MBA and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and son.
