Passion for research and investing, background in finance and tech. I enjoy learning about the world around me, anticipating large changes in the industries I am researching, and conducting in-deep fundamental research from an end-user's perspective on an industry or company. My goal is to simplify what I learn during a rigorous research process to identify the key leverage points in a business, and then convey those insights to a portfolio manager to ensure that we appropriately size our bet on a stock so that my insight is converted into investment performance. When I'm not researching investment opportunities, I am also an avid musician, skier, whitewater kayaker, mountain biker, tennis player, and traveler.
