• I manage directly the relationship with the Italian and foreign key customers. In addition, I coordinate the relationship with the distributors and agents • I prepare and present the Annual Plan and the Long Range Plan to the USA management • In the B.U.M. role, I am responsible for the P&L division and I monitor the trend compared to the plan and I present the monthly and quarterly outlook • I coordinate the inter-company activities with other group divisions • I am responsible for the definition of long term contracts with distributors and contracts with Italian and foreign agents • Evaluation and monitoring of competitors
