He currently works at EOS Management Consulting, as consultant and trainer. He participated to EOS Rome's office start up. He worked as free lance consultant for small and medium size companies. He worked in business incubators, managing small team for innovation in technological start up. He has a Phd in General Management, was temporary research fellow in Organization Theory at the Department of Economics and Territory, Economics Faculty - University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and still supports Full Professor of Organizational Theory.
