I have been responsible the setup and running of Testing Departments. I have designed Testing regimes for bespoke and off the shelf applications, rollout programmes for local and global programmes. I have excellent interpersonal skills which combined with my flexibility, tenacity and positive attitude to challenges, empowers me to succeed in demanding roles. I am a team orientated person who enjoys working to a shared objective. I am a natural leader of people who can motivate and train staff in a supportive and non-threatening manner. My experiences of my present and previous employs, have demonstrated that I am comfortable setting my own agenda and working towards goals.
