His expertise includes strategic planning, application development & deployment, change management, and Program/Project Management. Mr. Serio has worked in project management on enterprise-solution deployment projects, transformation teams, application design consulting, and process management. He also has experience in the manufacturing, Public Sector, and DOD contracting. Mr. Serio served as a solution delivery expert for large corporations/Government utilizing his leadership, resource management and issue resolution skills to rapidly drive success to each assignment and project.
