• 3 years process engineering experience in semiconductor industry • 6+ years hands on experience in semiconductor crystal/epitaxy growths, thin film deposition technologies and characterizations including PVD, CVD/ALD • 6+ years hands on experience in vacuum technology and thin film deposition equipments • Excellent background in solid state physics, materials science, device physics, and optoelectronics • Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiment (DOE) Specialties: • PVD, CVD, ALD , MOCVD, UHV systems • PL, EL, I-V, C-V, AFM, XRD, SEM, RHEED, LEED, ellipsometry, surface scan, Hall, SQUID, MOKE, Kerr microscopy, VSM, etc. Computer skills: • Computer/instrument interfaces with RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and GPIB • Simulation and modeling programming using C/C++ and Matlab • Automation and data acquisition programming using LabView • Mechanical design using CAD program Solid Works • Web programing using PHP, mySQL, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML and CSS
