Karen has over 10 years experience creating products, platforms, content and utilities specifically designed for transaction, participation and sharing on multiple platforms from web to installation. Her work has been comprised of global commerce platforms, physical products, mobile and desktop apps, installations, events, portable content, video, and games. Notable clients include Sony and Sony Pictures, Verizon, L'Oreal Paris, Axe, ESPN, and Nike. She has garnered many major awards and has been a speaker and judge for several industry organizations, awards committees and conferences. Before starting her career in advertising, Karen worked in higher education at Parsons School of Design, from which she received her master's degree in design and technology and BFA in fine art.
