About me

With professional training in Lisbon, Bruno had develop knowledges and experience in Catering/Events company, hotels and restaurants in Lisbon before move to Macau. After a positive experience in Beijing working in a 5 star hotel, Bruno move to Shanghai to work in Expo 2010 representing Portugal, working in all f&b sector and developing another projects. During two years Bruno had work as consultant for one the biggest bakeries/coffee shop in Shanghai corporate and developing plans and execution of more the 40 shops and catering for companies such Bosch,Soho China,Portuguese Consulate, etc. The Asian hospitality market is challenger and great which make him more passionate to grown and to reach the goal of developing new concepts of restaurants, cafes, bakery and bar. Bruno also corporate with different companies(wine, gourmet products, olive oil) supporting in they key products and marking for Chinese market.
