I meet with divorcing clients to look at financial issues which include: • Division of assets • Tax aspects • Retirement plans • Cash flow • Maintenance • Child support Through my work, I prepare financial projections that forecast the short-term and long-term effect of a divorce settlement. I provide these reports for my clients and their attorneys. I feel that I am making a difference and, hopefully, making divorce settlements more equitable. Collaborative Divorce is divorce with resolution and dignity. Spouses agree with their lawyers to settle the case and not go to court. It produces "win-win" settlements and allows families to get through the process with less stress.
